Returns and Exchanges
While we hope that you love everything in your order, we understand that sometimes things happen. In the case that you are unsatisfied, you may reach out to us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your item and we will start the return process. The item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached. *We will not do returns on loveys due to sanitation reasons.
The cost to ship the return is at the customers expense. Once the return has been received, we will email you confirmation and the refund minus original shipping costs will be reflected on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take days in some instances before you will see this refund reflected.
Refused, insufficient address or undeliverable packages will be restocked and a refund given minus the original shipping charge and a $10 restocking fee.
We do not do exchanges at this time. If you need a different size please return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Follow the return policy to start this process. (Except for the case of damaged items).
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive anything with issues such as defects, damages or have received the wrong item or size, contact us within the 14 days of the items arrival. Item must be unwashed, unworn and with the tags still attached before the return/exchange process will take place.
All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. We will not accept any items purchased with a promotion or sale price for return, except in the case of damaged, defective or wrong items.
